The Royal Commission has published an issues paper looking at what can be done to improve the safety and well-being of people with disability during emergencies like the COVID-19 pandemic and the summer bush-fire crisis.
The Emergency Planning and Response issues paper is seeking feedback about what should be done to ensure people with disability are not at risk of violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation during an emergency.
